Ana has earned a B.S. degree in Finance, graduating summa cum laude, and an M.B.A. with concentration in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is also a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional, adhering to one of the financial industry’s most stringent codes of ethics.
Melissa Camilleri

Melissa Camilleri is the Principal and Co-Founder of Ampersand Education Co, an agency that helps thought leaders, authors, and industry experts amplify their impact and income through online educational programs and courses. Through her work as an educational director and consultant, she has helped her clients generate over $29 million in revenue in the last 4 years alone. An expert in adult learning, facilitation, and engagement, Melissa has been an educator for 19 years, beginning in the high school English and AVID classrooms. She has spent the last 15 years as an international trainer and has taught tens of thousands of people around the world— in person and online— how to engage, motivate, self-reflect, and maximize their own effectiveness in the education and business sectors. Melissa has started and grown three different businesses— a widely successful e-commerce gift brand, a health and wellness brand, and her agency. She is passionate about women’s health and wealth. She is the mom to two young boys and is married to the love of her life, Nick. She lives and loves in Sacramento, California.

Lindelwa has over a decade of work experience in the private sector in South Africa, having started working in the telecommunications industry, a small black female owned management consulting firm specialising in policy and regulation and then the financial services sector. As a brand, marketing and communications specialist, within financial services, Lindelwa has moved around in retail product marketing, corporate affairs and digital & data analytics.

A 2019 Mail&Guardian Top200 Youth achievement recipient, Lindelwa holds a Master’s degree in ICT4Development from the University of Manchester (United Kingdom), a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree (Vega Brand Leadership School in Brand Leadership, Johannesburg) & Management and a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Organisational Psychology and Industrial Sociology (University of Cape Town, South Africa) and numerous marketing & digital marketing certificates from GIBS, University of Stellenbosch and UCTs getsmarter online learning platform. She is currently the Vice President of Global Operations at SubjectWell, a tech-forward clinical trial marketplace for patient recruitment.
Rebecca is incredibly proud to serve on the boards of Women Enabled Enterprises and U-VOL. She is also a member of Chief, a network designed to connect and amplify the work of executive women.

Laura Provenzale
Managing Director at North Point I | M&A Advisor | Investment Banker |CHIEF | Active Board Director
Over Laura Provenzale's investment banking career, Ms. Provenzale has advised on M&A and capital-raising transactions across the consumer sector, including restaurants, consumer products, and omnichannel retail. Ms. Provenzale joined North Point in 2018 as a Managing Director. Before North Point, she joined William Blair in 2014 as Managing Director and head of restaurant investment banking. She became a Partner in 2015, and was appointed to the Audit Committee in 2016. Before Blair, she built the restaurant investment banking practice at Raymond James. Previously, she led the consumer & retail group at WR Hambrecht, and software M&A and consumer products banking practices at Banc of America Securities. She began her career at J.P. Morgan in the investment banking, corporate tax, and audit groups. Ms. Provenzale earned her M.B.A. from Fordham University and graduated with honors from Lehigh University with a B.S. in accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
